The Biden Administration issued a press release over the weekend to correct ‘misinformation’ in coverage of HBCU allocations in Congress’ drafted reconciliation bill. In order to promote our shared prosperity and advance equity for all Americans, the Biden-Harris Administration has prioritized and delivered historic levels of investment in and support for HCBUs. Solid article. It’s good when HBCU presidents get political, but backfires when they get it wrong. A captured voting class (democrat) with minimal campaign contributions means minimal political leverage. At this rate, fighting over trickle down economic funding scraps and a growing chorus of “I told you so‘s?” 🤦🏾♂️ will be the norm, unless plan B is launched.
