This is great for JCSU as too often HBCUs are late to the game. The plan looks good and it is not under the thumb of the NCAA. I would like to see more HBCUs develop plans to help eSports athletes in the areas of compliance, branding, and financial management. I believe these areas would be helpful to strengthen the program and industry.
