February 25, 2020 What was a seemingly routine weekly cabinet strategy session ended with what would unknowingly alter the trajectory of our semester, our college, our lives, and our world. I left the team with a fairly innocuous directive, “I need you all to put together a proactive emergency management plan regarding this Coronavirus thing.”
Congratulations and special commendations to Dr. Herman Felton, President of Wiley College, for allowing God to lead him and provide him with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding during these uncertain times. May President Felton continue to trust God in all things, and may God's grace and mercy continue to cover Wiley College and him. God is Awesome and Almighty, and it is great to see our leaders such as President Felton placing their faith in God. Faith is the ingredient that brings out the creative aspects of intellect, and faith in a time of crisis shows the true character of a person.
