It would be interesting to know the hire and fire ratio of female Presidents versus male Presidents. Interesting that with all of the Black Lives, Black Love, etc., when it comes to accountability and fairness, there seems to be a Black Shield. I wonder if there is an underlying sexism in the HBCU arena (and I am only focused on HBCUs, not the wider societal issue which is for another day). I also noticed when I was snooping around some HBCU staff listings consists of majority women, but men (running the school). Either way, this would be an interesting research topic.
