Real talk. This can apply to business or any areas in life... it is about the relationship, trust, and results. There are too many people who have an entitlement mentality that it is expected to have money fall on their laps. You have to work for it and show results. And to the haters, like a sports team that always win the championship, if you want the throne, you have to dethrone the person sitting on it. At this point, there are a few HBCUs on the throne and no one has yet to challenge these institutions for the it.
